Our Department of Defense client manages thousands of repairable parts daily—from inexpensive components to multi-million dollar equipment. Despite vast price differences, all items flow through the same ecosystem and demand accurate tracking. The DoD had thoroughly documented technical requirements for modernization but discovered that implementing technical solutions alone failed to improve vendor and user efficiency.
